| 摘 要： | 阐述了优化设计对建设投资的影响，从政府主管部门的监控、业主意识、开展的压力和动力等方面分析了优化设计运作困难的原因，并对如何搞好优化设计提出了几点建议，从而真正达到优化设计效果，最终使建设投资得到有效的控制。

| Abstract: | The influences of optimum design on investment control of construction project are discussed. From supervision of government, consciousness of owners and other aspects reasons caused the difficulties in carrying out optimum design are analyzed. Suggestions are also proposed for optimum design and really realize effective control of investment. |
