摘    要:华东-福建联网后出现的暂态稳定问题使华东福建联络线输送能力受到很大限制,现对联络线采用串补技术来提高输送能力作可行性研究.利用西门子公司开发研制的电力系统仿真软件NETOMAC,在分析2007年和2010年华东-福建联网暂态稳定问题的基础上,分别对华东-福建联络线采用固定串补方案和可控串补方案进行了仿真计算,对各种串补度及各种组合进行了比较研究.仿真结论表明串补技术可显著提高福建电网的暂态稳定水平,大大提高了华东-福建联络线输送能力.相对于传统的固定串补,采用可控串补具有更好的性能,可以较好地抑制大干扰后联络线上的低频振荡.

Abstract:Since the transmission capacity of the East China-Fujian tie lines was seriously limited due to the transient stability problem occurred after the interconnection of East China and Fujian power grids, the series compensation technology was adopted to improve the transmission capacity of the tie lines, and the feasibility study was carried out. Using the electric power system simulation software NETOMAC developed by Siemens, and analyzing the future transient stability of the interconnection of the East China and Fujian power grids in 2007 and 2010, the simulating calculation on the East China-Fujian tie lines conducted with plans of adopting fixed series compensation and controllable series compensation respectively, and the various series compensation degrees and various combinations are compared. The simulation results show that the series compensation technology can remarkably increase the transient stability level of Fujian Power Grid, and substantially improve the transmission capacity of the East China-Fujian tie lines. Compared with the traditional fixed series compensation, the controllable series compensation has better performance, and can effectively limit the low frequency oscillation on the tie lines after large disturbances.
