| Abstract: | The general situations and development of Taiyuan are briefly introduced. From eight aspects the questions existed in urban planning and limitation encountered are profoundly discussed; at the same time corresponding suggestions are proposed for planning and development of Taiyuan in order to construct Taiyuan as innovative city with self-characteristics. |
