摘    要:北仑发电厂3-5号机组自投产以来,由于高低旁温度调节系统故障导致高低旁路系统自动长期不能正常投入,既大大延长机组的启停时间,又降低了机组的经济性,并严重影响机组的安全运行.为此,通过对高低旁路喷水减温调节系统控制对象、控制特性的深入研究和分析,并结合相关试验最终解决了问题.

Abstract:The high-pressure and low-pressure bypass system of Units 3-5 has been unable to achieve automatic operation normally for a long time in Beilun Power Plant since the operation because the fault occurs in high-pressure and low-pressure bypass temperature adjustment system.It prolongs the start and stop time of units,reduces the economy and affect the safe operation of units severely.The problem is solved after implementation of relevant tests through the research and analysis on the control object and control characteristics of spray desuperheating adjustment system for high-pressure and low-pressure bypass.
