关于水利水电工程场内外公路主要技术指标的探讨

水利水电工程场内外交通一直参照交通部颁有关规程规范设计。但是，水利水电工程场内外公路有其自身的特点：荷载大，运输车辆大多为重型载重车，车体宽，运行速度慢，地形条件复杂，等等。为了适应水利水电工程施工道路的施工交通运输特性，在总结多年来水利水电工程公路设计的基础上，提出了适合于水利水电公路工程的一些技术指标。

Discussion on main technical indexes for roads inside and outside of construction site of water conservancy and hydropower projects

The design of the transportation road outside and inside of the construction site of the water conservancy and hydropower project has followed the relevant standards and regulations issued by the Ministry of Communications P.R.C. all along. However, the roads for the water conservancy and hydropower projects have their own characteristics, such as larger bearing loading, heavy vehicles with wide body and lower speed and complicated landforms, etc. In order to fit the characteristics therein, some technical indexes adaptable to the projects concerned are put forward based on the summarization of the experiences from the design practices for many years.
