高新技术企业战略支持性文化建设

分析了高新技术企业文化与经营战略的冲突问题，并引用“战略支持性文化”新概念，以企业文化支持、引导企业经营战略，使企业经营战略与企业文化相结合，并协调一致，由此探讨了高新技术企业战略支持性文化的建设模式。最后，针对高新技术企业创新战略支持性文化模式，在创新文化、创新组织、人本文化、团队文化和领导文化的建设上，提出了相应的建设思路。

The Strategy-Supportive Culture Building of the High-Technology Enterprises

The contradictory problems on the corporation culture and the managing strategy in the high technology enterprises are analyzed in this paper.A new concept,strategy supportive culture is quoted,in which the managing strategy is supported and guided by the corporation culture in order to be combined and coordinated with it .The models of strategy supportive culture in the high technology enterprises are inquired.Based on the model of strategy supportive culture,this paper puts forward the building thought on the innovatory culture,innovatory organization,humanism culture,team culture and leading culture.
