基于ANSYS的橡胶微波加热的数值分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件分析天然橡胶(NR)在传统加热方式和微波加热方式下的加热效果,得出NR在两种不同加热方式下温度随时间的变化曲线,以及NR胶料芯部与表面温差随时间的变化曲线。证明了微波加热技术比传统加热方式效率高、加热时间短,为微波加热技术应用于橡胶制品的加热硫化提供一定的参考。

Abstract:This paper utilized the finite element software ansys to analysis natural rubber heating effect of traditional heating methods and microwave heating methods, we draw how temperature changes with time in two different heating methods of nature rubber and how temperature differ rent value of center temperature with surface temperature of nature rubber changes with time . This paper draw that microwave heating way is more efficiency and faster than traditional heating way. This paper provided a reference for the development of microwave heating technology used in the vulcanization of rubber products.
