摘    要:简述了W-Cu复合材料在电触头、电子封装、电加工电极、国防和航空航天等领域的应用现状,介绍了熔渗法、活化液相烧结法、化学共沉淀法等W-Cu复合材料制造技术,展望了W-Cu复合材料应用及制造技术的发展方向。

Abstract:Application and development status of the W-Cu composite materials in the area of electrical contacts, electronic packaging, EDM electrode, national defence, aerospace and other sophisticated technologies were briefly described. The manufacturing technologies of the W-Cu composite materials, such as infiltrating process, activated liquid phase sintering and chemical coprecipitation were introduced. Finally the future development direction was prospected.
