煤粉炉的分级燃烧技术研究

摘    要:分析了煤粉燃烧过程NOx的形成机制和特点,研究了减少NOx生成量的基本途径和分级燃烧的基本原理,并进行了数值分析。在乌拉山电厂100MW煤粉炉上进行了分级燃烧改造,将以轴向空气分级和径向空气分级为核心的现代低NOx燃烧技术引入了传统的煤粉炉燃烧系统中,考察了炉膛轴向和径向分级风,过量空气系数,锅炉负荷等因素对炉内NOx形成的影响。NOx排放浓度降低了250-500mg/m^3(干烟气,70%O2)。

Abstract:An analysis is performed of the mechanism and features of NOx formation during the combustion of pulverized coal. Basic approaches for the reduction of NOx generation rate and the fundamental theory of staged combustion have also been studied along with a relevant numerical analysis. In the course of the staged combustion oriented modification and retrofitting on a 100 MW pulverized coal fired boiler at Wulshan Power Plant a modern low NOx combustion technology was introduced into a conventional pulverized coal combustion system. The technology under discussion mainly involves the adoption of a staged axial and radial air feed into the tangentially fired 100 MW boiler. The effect of such factors as the in furnace staged axial and radial air feed in, excess air factor and boiler load, etc on NOx formation in the furnace has also been investigated in detail. With the help of the above cited combustion technology it is possible to reduce the NOx emission concentration by 250 500 mg/Nm 3 (dry flue gas 7% O 2).
