对我国创建中小企业板的思考

我国即将成立的中小企业板应具有提高社会资源配置效果、培育我国市场经济微观基础、改革和发展我国资本市场体系、融资及企业孵化的功能。同时应解决中小企业板的定位及企业上市条件问题，明确政府在其中所扮演的角色。实行严格有效的保荐人制度、信息披露制度及市场监管制度，并建立合理的公司内部治理结构以控制中小企业板的风险。
