旅游企业文化刍议

摘    要:旅游企业文化包括硬文化,制度文化和精神文化3个层次。它具有8方面特征:客观性,时代性,群体性,规范性,内在统一性,具体性,动态性,综合性。建设旅游企业文化依据的原则是:目标明确;个性独特;层次匹配;制度科学;积极参与;绩效第一;健康向上;诚信公正;反复教育;领导躬亲。由此提出的我国旅游企业文化模式的基本构想是:提供优质产品及服务的价值观,以人为本的信念,集体主义和团结开拓的精神,紧张、认真、热情、务实、文明的作风,鲜明独特的个性。

Abstract:Tourist enterprise culture comprises three levels:hard culture,system culture and spirit cul-ture. Its characteristics are displayed as follows: objectivity, times, colony, standard, inherentunity, concreteness, trends and synthesis. Constructing tourist enterprise culture is based on theprinciple of definite target, unique individual character, matching levels, scientific system, activeparticipation, outstanding achievements, good health, good faith, repeat education and leader'sattending to personally. Therefore, the basic conception of the model for tourist enterprise culturein China is the value outlook for providing products of quality and good service, the creed for thepeople, the spirit of collectivism and unity and pioneering, the style of nerve, consciousness, enthu-siasm, dealing with concrete matters relating to work and civilization and the obvious and uniqueindividual character.
