| Abstract: | In order to open up power market, adapt to market demand, many studies have been made, but few is based on quantitative models because of social and econmical uncertainties involved. In this paper, the fundamental principle on intelligent engineering has been studied to present a new way for analyzing the develpopment of power market, which can be applied by marketing personnel as a tool to wide-up power market. |
