| 摘 要： | 针对油气田地面建设项目的特点，对其建设项目在各阶段中如何实现造价控制和管理进行了分析，针对各阶段中造价控制的关键点和重要环节，提出了相应的控制措施和控制办法，以达到油气田地面建设项目能满足项目的投资控制目标和相应的经济效益的目的。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the characteristics of the oil and gas field ground construction project, the paper analyzes how to realize cost control and management on all stages of construction project, according to the key points and important links of the cost control in all stages, provides cor-responding control measures and control methods, so as to reach the aim that the oil and gas field ground construction project can satisfy invest-ment control goal mad corresponding economical benefit. |
