摘    要:建立了静态顶空进样、气相色谱直接分析复合包装膜、袋中溶剂残留的方法。该方法有良好的重现性,丙酮、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、异丙醇、甲苯、乙酸正丁酯、二甲苯,连续测定6次的相对标准偏差分别为1.19%、1.05%、1.02%、1.33%、1.36%、0.85%、3.29%。检测限分别为0.0019、0.0036、0.0014、0.0023、0.0019、0.001、0.0025mg·m-2。工作曲线的线性范围为0~100mg·m-2。加标回收率为93%~103%。方法简便、快速、准确,适用于复合包装膜、袋中溶剂残留的同时、快速测定。

Abstract:A direct method for the determination of solvent residues in laminated films and pouches for packaging by headspace gas chromatograph technique is established. The method has the virtue of good reappearance. The relative standard deviations of acetone,ethyl acetate,methyl ethyl ketone,isopropyl alcohol,toluene,n-Butyl aeetate,xylene are 1.19% and 1.05 %, 1.02%, 1.33%, 1.36%,0.85%,3.29% after six determination in succession. Respective detectability is 0.0019, 0.0036, 0.0014,0.0023,0.0019,0.001,0.0025mg. m-2.Linear range is 0 between 100 mg/m2.The recovery was ranged between 93% -103%.The method is simple rapid and accurate, can be applied to the determination of solvent residues in laminated films and pouches for packaging with good resuhs.
