连铸板坯凝固的传热模型

摘    要:依据武钢板坯连铸机的生产条件,建立了板坯凝固过程传热模型,分析了影响板坯出连铸机温度的主要因素,得出适当提高拉速、控制二冷喷水量和关掉二冷末端冷却水能提高铸坯温度、降低能耗。

Abstract:Based on the production condition of slab concaster at Wuhan Iron and Steel, a mathematical model of thermal transmission for concasting slab solidification has been established. With analyzing the main factors to affect the temperature of slab out of concaster, it is obtained that properly increasing the casting speed, controlling secondary cooling water amount and cut off end cooling water were available to increase the slab temperature and decrease energy consumption.
