高炉渣钾容量的试验研究

摘    要:为降低碱金属对高炉的危害,提高炉渣的排碱能力,采用气-渣平衡法测定了1 723 K时高炉渣的钾容量.依据广钢实际高炉渣成分,用纯化学试剂配制炉渣,用一定组成K(g)-CO-CO2-Ar混合气体提供一定的氧分压和钾分压.研究表明:试验条件下,w(MgO)和w(A12O3)一定时,钾容量随w(CaO)/w(SiO2)的增大而减小;在w(CaO)/w(SiO2)和w(A12O3)一定时,钾容量随w(MgO)的增大而增大;在w(CaO)/w(SiO2)和w(MgO)一定时,钾容量随w(A12O3)的增大而增大;当w(CaO) w(MgO)]/w(SiO2)和w(A12O3)固定不变时,增加w(MgO),降低w(CaO),钾容量明显增大.广钢炉渣的合理成分为:w(CaO)/w(SiO2)保持在1.0,w(MgO)保持在12%~15%,w(A12O3)不超过15%.

Abstract:In order to reduce harmful effect of alkali metals on blast furnace operation,improve the alkali capacity of BF slag,the potassium capacity of BF slag was studied at 1723 K using gas-slag equilibrium technique.According to the real composition of BF slag at Guangzhou steel,the pure chemistry reagents were used to make the slags,the slags were equilibrated with a mixture gas of K_((g))-CO-CO_2-Ar to provide the partial pressure of oxygen and potassium.Under the experimental condition,it is shown that at fixed MgO and Al_2O_3 contents the potassium capacity is decreased with increasing w(CaO)/w(SiO_2) ratio,at constant w(CaO)/w(SiO_2) ratio and Al_2O_3 content the increase of MgO content results in the increase of potassium capacity,the rising Al_2O_3 content at fixed w(CaO)/w(SiO_2) ratio and MgO content significantly increases the potassium capacity,and at constant(w(CaO)+(w(MgO)))/w(SiO_2) ratio and Al_2O_3 content,the potassium capacity increases apparently with increasing MgO content and decreasing CaO content.The proper composition of slag at Guangzhou steel is:w(CaO)/w(SiO_2)=1.0,MgO content in the range of 12%-15%,Al_2O_3 content less than 15%.
