| 摘 要： | 火电厂是耗煤大户.如何定量分析引起电厂发电标准煤耗率增大的原因和部位,为电厂检修或挖掘节能潜力提供依据,是电厂运行部门普遍关心的问题.以某火电厂为例,首先对该厂的运行经济状态进行识别,指出该厂发电标准煤耗率较其应达值高,运行经济性较低;然后通过对该厂锅炉热效率和汽轮机实际循环热效率的实际测量计算,分析其偏离应达值对全厂发电标准煤耗率的影响,指出该厂汽轮机的运行经济性低;最后,重点对引起汽轮机运行热经济性降低的原因和部位进行了诊断.该研究对于挖掘火电厂的节能潜力,提高火电厂的运行经济性具有重要的意义.
