深海锰结核液相氧化动力学

摘    要:通过考察反应时间、反应温度以及氧分压对深海锰结核中锰的氧化的影响,研究深海锰结核在高浓氢氧化钾介质中的液相氧化宏观动力学.结果表明,在试验条件下,结核中锰的氧化反应符合未反应核收缩模型,表观活化能为53.26kJ/mol,反应受界面化学反应控制.

Abstract:The liquid-phase oxidation kinetics of deep-sea manganese nodules in high concentration potassium hydroxide medium is investigated by the effects of factors on the conversion rate of manganese in the deep-sea manganese nodules such as reaction time, reaction temperature as well as oxygen partial pressure. The experimental results indicate that liquid-phase oxidation reaction of manganese nodules can be described by non-reaction core shrinking model. The oxidation reaction process with apparent activation energy of 53.26kJ/mol, is under control of interface chemical reaction.
