| 摘 要： | 为适应专网信息化发展需求,对IP调度系统设备所运行的网络环境和应具有基本功能等方面进行了详细论证,确定了专网IP调度系统框架结构,并进行调度系统调度服务器(MCU)冗余和控制、系统流媒体业务QoS策略、系统软件等设计,实现了调度技术、多媒体技术与IP网络通信技术的有机结合,提出了合理可行的IP调度专网设计方案。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the network informatization technology development needs,this paper introduces in detail the network environment,basic functions of IP scheduling system,etc.The private IP scheduling system framework structure is determined.The design of MCU redundancy and control,system stream media service QoS strategy,system software of scheduling system is implemented.The organic combination of scheduling technology,multimedia technology and IP network communication technology is realized.The private network design scheme of IP scheduling system is proposed. |
