列车零件无损智能敲击检测系统

摘    要:列车零件在使用过程中由于交变力的作用内部会产生裂纹、间隙等缺陷,或是在大量零件生产完毕后需要进行出厂检验,以便确定哪些零件不合格,都要求高效快速完成检测。提出采用敲击检测方法对零件进行无损检测。阐述了敲击检测的理论基础,描述了敲击检测的方法,根据分析进行了敲击检测试验,试验结果表明敲击方法能检验出来有损伤的零件和大概的损伤位置。最后设计了自动敲击检测发生装置,配合软件可完成零件无损智能敲击检测。

Abstract:Train parts during use because of the internal force of the alternating will crack, gap and other defects, or in a large number of parts production after the need for factory inspection, in order to determine which parts are not qualified, fast and efficient detection.In this paper, the method of knock detection is used for nondestructive testing of parts.The theoretical basis of knock detection is expounded, and then the knock detection method is described.According to the analysis of a test, test results show that the method can test out knocking damaged parts and probably damage location.Finally, the design of the automatic percussion detection device, the software can be used to complete the part of the non-destructive intelligent knock detection.
