摘    要:燃料电池性能受到诸多因素的影响,涉及到温度、湿度、力和电化学等多种物理场,其性能损耗是多物理场耦合作用的结果,而目前大多数的仿真研究没有全面考虑这些因素,并不能准确反映PEM燃料电池实际工作条件下的性能。基于有限元理论,建立质子交换膜燃料电池性能的多物理场模型,同时考虑装配紧固力对燃料电池的变形影响,模拟了在不同装配紧固力下燃料电池电流密度分布、内部气体压力及水分布情况,分析装配紧固力对燃料电池性能的影响及燃料电池变形后接触电阻的变化,为今后PEM燃料电池多场耦合模型的性能影响参数优化研究提供基础。

Abstract:The performance of fuel cell was affected by many parameters,such as temperature,humidity,force and electrochemistry.The performance loss of fuel cell was the result of the coupling action of multi physical field.At present,most of the simulation studies do not fully consider these factors,and can not accurately reflect the performance of PEM fuel cells under actual working conditions.Based on the finite element theory,a multi-physics model of proton exchange membrane fuel cell performance was established,the deform structure and contact resistance change caused by assembly tightening force were considered,the fuel cell internal pressure,gas flow field distribution,water distribution and current density distribution condition were simulated and studied.Then a basis in PEMFC multi-field coupling model was provided,thus affected the performance parameter optimization research.
