铅酸蓄电池低温容量测试中不确定度的评定

摘    要:低温容量是蓄电池的一项重要性能。按照GB/T 22199-2008标准要求,对铅酸蓄电池低温容量进行性能测试,通过建立数学模型,对检测过程中产生的不确定度分量进行了分析、评定和计算,求出蓄电池低温容量为8.61 Ah时,其扩展不确定度为0.22 Ah,有效自由度为17,并给出了测量结果的不确定度评定报告。

Abstract:Capacity at low temperature is an important performance of the battery.According to the requirements of GB/T 22199-2008 standard,the capacity at low temperature of the lead-acid battery was tested,and by the establishment of mathematical model,the uncertainty components generated in the test were analyzed,evaluated and calculated.For the capacity at low temperature is 8.61 Ah,the expanded uncertainty is 0.22 Ah with Veff=17.The uncertainty evaluation report was given.
