老化锂离子动力电池Peukert方程的适用性分析

摘    要:针对老化锂离子动力电池二次利用过程中可用容量估算的问题,研究其Peukert方程的适用性。以老化的35 Ah三元锰酸锂混合材料动力电池为研究对象,建立其Peukert方程,分析其适用性,结果表明无需考虑电池老化后实际容量与额定容量存在的倍率差问题。对比一阶段和二阶段Peukert方程,结果表明该老化动力电池利用Peukert方程进行容量估算时无需考虑二阶段放电。分别在25、15和40℃环境下分析了其适用性,为老化锂离子动力电池放电容量的估算奠定基础。

Abstract:Applicability of Peukert equation which aims at available capacity estimation based on second usage batteries was researched.35Ah composite aged battery was taken as the research object,Peukert equation was established and the applicability was analyzed.The result show that the ratio difference problems about actual capacity and rate capacity based on aged battery is not necessary to consider.And there is not necessary to calculate the two stage discharge when taking Peukert equation to estimate capacity.All of that was analyzed at 25,15 and 40 ℃.The research provides the basis for lithium power battery capacity estimation.
