基于LABVIEW的锂电池监控系统

摘    要:提出了一种基于LabVIEW的锂电池监控系统,整个系统由上位机和下位机组成。下位机通过MSP430F5529单片机及TI的电池管理芯片BQ76PL536对电池组的充放电过程进行控制,同时采集锂电池组每节单体电池电压、主回路电流及电池组温度等信息,MCU通过串口把电池组信息传送到上位机。上位机通过LabVIEW对采集上来的数据进行分析处理,把电池单体电压、主回路电流、电池均衡信息、电池组温度及电池电量等信息实时地显示在前面板上,并保存采集上来的数据。

Abstract:A system which consists of host and slave computer about lithium battery data monitoring was proposed.The charging and discharging process and acquires voltage,current and temperature about the battery were controlled by MCU of the slave.Meanwhile,it transmitted those information to the host by the serial port.The host,which based on the LabVlEW,saved and analyzed the data.It displayed all of the information to the front panel,such as the voltage,current,battery balanced information,battery temperature and so on.It also could save those data in order to record.
