摘    要:电动汽车用动力电池包在运输和车载使用时,可能会跌落到地面或撞击到其他物体上,进而发生失效或危险。如何有效地模拟实际情况,事先考核电池包的跌落机械可靠性及安全性,是当前需要解决的问题。以电动汽车用动力电池包为研究对象,通过研究分析国内外标准法规,采用真空吸附技术原理,设计开发了满足电池包跌落实验要求的跌落实验装置,可以实现电池包多高度、多角度、多次数的跌落实验需求,并在具体实验中获得了应用。

Abstract:During the transportation and onboard using,the battery pack of the Electric vehicle may fall on the ground or hit other objects,and thus in failure or danger.It was the current problem to be solved that how to effectively simulate the actual situation,and made the prior assessment of drop mechanical reliability and security of the battery pack.The battery pack of the electric vehicle was studied,the domestic and international standards and regulations were researched and analyzed,the vacuum technology principle was used,and at last the drop test equipment for battery pack was designed and developed,which could meet the requirements of the battery pack's drop test.The device could meet the requirements of multi-level,multi-angle,multi-drop test number,and was now under application for the specific test.
