电动汽车电池包温度控制系统研究

摘    要:以电动汽车的动力电池包温度控制系统为研究对象,通过使用辅助装置对电池包温度进行调节,以增强其对外界环境温度的适应能力,达到提升续航里程、延长电池单元使用寿命的目的。提出的温度控制装置以防冻液作为热交换载体,在设计中引入了Chiller热交换器,并匹配电池换热板,实现对电池包的温度调节功能。电池包液体温度调节装置的工作原理,以及Chiller热交换器及换热板的结构特点是研究的重点。应用上述理论开发出一整套电池包温度调节系统,并搭载在实车上,在环境模拟实验室内进行性能测试,对上述理论及产品的实际使用效果进行论证。

Abstract:The electric vehicle power battery package temperature control system was studied.The adaptive capacity to the outer circumstance temperature was enhanced,the endurance mileage was promoted and the battery service life was prolonged through adjusting the battery package temperature using auxiliary device.The adaptive capacity function for battery package temperature was realized by proposing the temperature control device used the anti-freezing solution as the carrier,introducing Chiller heat exchanger and matching the battery heat transfer plate.The work principle of the battery pack liquid temperature adaptive device and the structural features of Chiller heat exchanger and the heat transfer plate were studied.The whole set of battery package temperature adaptive system was developed and used in the true car;the performance test was worked in the environmental simulation laboratory;the using performance of the whole theory and product was demonstrated.
