摘    要:南水北调中线干线工程以主要向城市供水、兼顾农业和生态供水为目标,是我国在建的特大型调水工程,建设意义重大。该项目点多、线长,建设管理复杂。由于各种原因,工程工期较原计划明显滞后,为尽可能的挽回进度损失,达到预期目标,工程结合进度控制原理,广泛采取了科学的进度控制手段,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion,aimed at providing water for cities,agriculture and environment,is a super-large diversion project under construction in China with complicated management due to plenty of construction sites as well as the long construction line.Owing to various reasons,the construction progress is much behind of schedule.In order to decrease loss of progress and meet the pre-plan,scientific progress control methods are adopted and good effects are achieved.
