紫外分光光度法测定氟苯尼考可溶性粉的含量

摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法测定氟苯尼考可溶性粉的含量。结果表明,氟苯尼考的最大吸收波长为267nm,在此波长处,氟苯尼考在20.0~160.0μg/mL浓度范围内,其吸光度与浓度呈现良好的线性关系:A=0.0011x+0.0240,r2=0.9999(n=8)。该方法操作简单、快速,结果准确,可用于氟苯尼考可溶性粉的含量测定。

Abstract:An ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination method of florfenicol soluble powder was developed.The experiment results showed the maximum absorption wavelength of florfenicol was 267 nm,and linearity of florfenicol was good with concentration in the range of 20.0~160.0 μg/mL.The regression equation was A=0.0011x+0.0240,r2=0.9999(n=8).The method is simple and rapid,and the result is reliable.It can be applied to quick determination of florfenicol soluble powder.
