基于Pro-Mechanica的四缸车用高速发动机平衡系统优化设计

摘    要:针时四缸车用高速发动机的平衡问题,建立了平衡系统评价模型。采用Pro-Engineer软件对运动件进行精确建模,采用Pro-Mechanica模块时曲轴、活塞、连杆、双平衡轴组成的运动系统进行精确的运动分析,得出系统惯性力及力矩的平衡情况。应用该评价模型对自主开发的486QE发动机的平衡机构进行了优化设计,快速达到平衡系统的设计目标值。

Abstract:Aimed at the balancing problems of 4-cylindered high-speed engine for automobiles, an evaluation model of balancing system was established. Adopting Pro-Engineer software to carry out precision modeling on moving parts, using Pro-Mechanica to conduct accurate movement analysis of the movementsystem composed of crankshaft, piston, connecting rod and double balance shaft, the equilibrium status of inertia force and moment was obtained. An optimization design was carried out on the independent developed 486QE engine by the application of this evaluation model, and the designing target value of the balancing system was achieved rapidly.
