| 摘 要： | 成品油物流是由储存、运输、配送三大主要功能和包装、装卸搬运、流通加工和信息处理四个辅助功能构成的。成品油生产和销售企业物流合理化可以降低物流费用，缩短产销周期，降低库存，提高企业的竞争能力和经营管理水平。指出国内成品油的物流现状还不甚合理，对此提出了改善目前成品油物流状态的建议。

| Abstract: | Logistics of refined oils includes three major functions (storage, transportation and distribution) and four minor functions (package, loading and unloading, processing and information processing ). Rational logistics can help cut distribution cost, shorten cycle, reduce stockpile and enhance competitiveness. Current status of refined oil logistics needs to be improved. Proposals are presented. |
