电能质量监测技术现状及发展

摘    要:阐述国内外在电能质量分析及其监测技术方面的研究成果,重点介绍电能质量的各种分析方法,主要有时域仿真、频域变换、小波变换、人工神经网络等方法。对各种监测技术进行系统的分类和评述,指出各自的原理、性能和特点。提出以现代通信技术和Intemet技术为核心的电能质量监测技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:The recent achievement in the field of power quality analysis and monitoring are summarized in this paper. Many analysismethods are presented in detail, such as time domain, frequency domain, wavelet transform and artificial neural network methods. The prin-ciples, characteristics, performances are introduced and the classification and assessment of the power quality monitoring technologyare also described. In the end, based on modern communication technology and Internet technology, the trend of the development of powerquality and its monitoring application in the future are presented.
