摘    要:在实际应用中,目前国内成品油库铁路油罐车传统卸油工艺需要解决的问题是气蚀和气阻及真空系统扫槽工作量大、安全等问题。经过多年的研究和实践,卸油和真空扫槽的新设备、新工艺已在该领域得到广泛的推广应用。但在设计中,仍应注意结合实际情况进行设备选型和管路设计,力求获得较满意的使用效果。

Abstract:In practical application,there are some issues to be solved in traditional oil unloading process for railway tanker of product oil depot,such as cavitation,vapor block,heavier operating workload of tanker flushing for vacuum system,and safety,etc. Through several yearsstudy and practice, new equipments and process have been applied widely in the field. But during designing,equipments selection and piping design should be combined with the site conditions to get satisfactory applicable effects.
