初论自贡盐商的首创精神

该文论述了中国盐商的发韧和自贡盐商的形成与崛起。从自贡盐商身处的社会背景和面临的制约条件，考论了自贡盐商以实业为本，自强不息、敢为人先的担当。从首创精湛的井盐生产技术；首创中国最早的股份制经营；首创中国最早的“BOT”招商引资模式；首创中国近代企业管理机构——“大关”；首创盐井地质录井记录——岩口簿；首创脱离清廷的地方盐商政府等六个方面论证了自贡盐商的首创精神。

Preliminary Study on the Initiative of Zigong Salt Merchants

This paper analyzes the emergence of salt merchants in China and the rise of Zigong salt merchants, and then discusses the initiative and entrepreneurship of Zigong salt merchants from the then social background and constraints. Their initiative was demonstrated in the following six aspects：creation of well salt production technology, establishment of the first joint-stock company in China, creation of Chian’s first BOT investment model, establishment of Daguan ——the first administrative organization of the companies in modern China, creation of Yankoubu ——the first geological well log, establishment of the first independent local government of salt merchants in the late Qing.
