多机伺服驱动系统中以太网和SERCOS总线的实现

摘    要:目前现代大型卷筒式报业印刷机中多使用SERCOS(SErial Real-time Communication Specification,串行实时通信协议)总线实现多轴同步运行,为了给报机添加可实现与原系统高精度同步运行的第三方驱动,基于浮点DSP和专用SERCOS接口协议芯片设计了具有内在高精度同步机制的伺服控制器,同时加入了基于硬件协议栈的以太网接口芯片,实现人机交互的功能。文中详细介绍了SERCOS接口和以太网接口的硬件配置和软件初始化,重点阐述软件设计中SERCOS总线的同步机制和具体同步过程。

Abstract:SERCOS is widely applied in modem large-scale web press. In order to add the third party drive, a servo controller with internal high-precision synchronization mechanism was designed, which was based on a floating point DSP and a sophisticated SERCOS interface chip and could realize high-precision synchronous operation with the original press. An Ethemet interface chip of hardware protocol stack was also added for the human-computer interaction. Hardware configuration and software initialization of SERCOS and Ethemet interfaces were introduced in detail, and emphasis was placed on illustrating the synchronization mechanism and specific synchronization process of SERCOS bus in software programming.
