基于Moldflow的电器保护盒注塑浇口优化设计

摘    要:利用Moldflow软件对电器保护盒注塑成型的不同浇口设计方案进行了模流分析,从充填时间、充填结束时的总体温度、气穴、熔接痕和翘曲变形量等方面进行了综合对比,最终确定了最佳的浇口设计方案,大大缩短了产品开发周期,提高了企业生产效率。

Abstract:The mold flow of different gate design for electric protection box was analyzed by Moldflow software. Through comprehensive comparison in fill time, temperature after filling, air traps, weld lines and warpage deformation, the best gate design was determined. It can greatly shorten production development cycle and increase production efficiency.
