摘    要:综述了近年来国内烟丝气流干燥技术在工艺优化、设备改造及研发上的进展和气流干燥对烟丝物理特性、感官质量及化学成分的影响,并与传统的滚筒烘丝工艺进行了对比。开发适合中式卷烟的烟丝气流干燥系统是今后研究的重要方向。

Abstract:The process optimization and the developments of the domestic cut tobacco pneumatic drying were reviewed, and the influences of pneumatic drying on the physical properties, sensory quality and chemical components of cut tobacco were compared with traditional cylinder drying. It was considered that developing the system for cut tobacco pneumatic drying which shall be suitable for Chinese cigarettes would be a representative of research direction for the future studies.
