摘    要:弯矩重分布问题在我国PCCP设计规范中未做明确规定,美国PCCP设计规范中也没有详细的规定和阐述,如何确定此效应对PCCP设计的影响,成为我国PCCP软件开发中遇到的技术难题之一。本文结合嵌置式PCCP(ECP)中弯矩重分布的问题,通过对管体应力状态的分析及借助PCCP软件的反复试算,推导出预应力钢筒混凝土管在出现弯矩重分布时详细的计算过程及公式,填补了国内在此研究领域的空白,同时也为我国自主研发的PCCP软件的最终完成奠定了良好的基础。

The Study of Moment Redistribution for Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe
Abstract:Moment redistribution problem has not been regulated definitely in design standard of China, and also it is not regulated and described in the design standards of the United States. Therefore, how to determine its effect on the design of PCCP becomes one of the technical problems encountered in the PCCP software development in China. Taking the moment redistribution in embedded cylinder pipe (ECP) as an example, through stress state analysis of PCCP and repeated calculation by PCCP software, we deduced the calculation process and formula for PCCP under the condition of moment redistribution. It fills the domestic gap in this field, and provides foundation for final completion of self-developed domestic PCCP design software as well.
