摘    要:节能率从50%提高到65%部分,完全靠提高建筑围护结构的热工性能来实现,因此,提高围护结构的热工性能是实现节能65%居住建筑节能设计标准的关键.正确选择外墙外保温体系和做好外墙及屋面的热桥部位的保温以减少采暖和空调负荷.

Abstract:To achieve energy-saving rate from 50% to 65% entirely depends on improving thermal performance of envelope structure.Therefore,improving thermal performance of envelope structure is the key of implementing the standard of energy-saving 65%.External wall insulation system should be chosen correctly and roof thermal bridge insulation should be improved for reducing heating and air-conditioning load.
