气冲气推成型技术在电机铸件造型中的试验研究

摘    要:从解决电机壳铸件铸造机械化的迫切性入手,介绍了气冲气推成型触头造型机制造电机壳铸型的成型过程及其实砂效果。试验研究表明:这一造型机对电机壳类铸型的实砂效果十分理想,砂型紧实度高且均匀,它有望成功地解决中小型电机壳铸件大批量机械化生产的难题;同时提高了铸件质量,改善了劳动条件。

Abstract:The process and the sand compaction effects of a new air impact and air push molding machine in the application of making molds of motor housing,for the mechanization of making molds of motor was discussed.The experimental results indicate that the sand compaction effects of this new type of t molding machine were ideally perfect,high and uniform mold compactability being obtained.This provided the possibility of the mechanization of making molds of motor Housing with high speed,excellent efficiency,lower energy consumption and smaller investment.
