LCM增强材料渗透性能研究

摘    要: 增强体的渗透性能是LCM工艺的一个重要参数。各种增强体材料、铺层厚度及导流布的不同铺放位置对树脂在增强体内的流动会产生影响。本文利用单向法实验观测和实时监测两种方法来测量LCM工艺中增强材料的渗透性能。实验结果表明,增强体的铺层厚度对增强体的渗透性有较大影响,实时监测却能很好地反映树脂在增强体内部的渗透情况。同时,导流布铺放位置和织物结构对增强体的渗透性能也有很大影响。

Abstract:The permeability of reinforcement is one of the most important parameters in the LCM process,which is affected by the type and lay-up thickness of the reinforcement materials and the position of the distribution media on the perform.
