声学灵敏度分析在面包车车身上的应用

摘    要:某款面包车车身在一定的工况下振动明显较大,致使车辆的舒适性能明显下降。通过试验模态与仿真模态对比分析,验证几何模型的准确性。在此基础上利用声学仿真软件对面包车白车身进行声学灵敏度分析,通过左悬置点、右悬置点以及后悬置点的不同方向的激励获得响应点的声压信号。结果表明:不同的激励点对面包车的响应点的声压的影响不同;不同方向的激励也影响面包车响应点的声压;该款面包车由于在36 Hz以及111 Hz频率段与面包车车身顶盖的局部模态振动共振,导致车内噪声突然增大。为面包车的进一步改进提供依据。

Abstract:the vibration and noise of a particular type of van increases dramatically under certain working conditions, which lowers its comfort. The results of modal tests and simulations were compared to justify the accuracy of finite element model. Then, the acoustic sensitivity of van body was simulated on software and the left mount point, right mount point as well as the back mount point were stimulated in different directions to obtain the acoustic pressure signal of these answering points. The results show that different aspiration points have different impacts on the acoustic pressure signal of answering points; the direction of aspirations affect the acoustic pressure of answering points as well; at 36Hz and 111Hz, the local vibration of van body's top cover generates the severe noise. The results have provided the bases of further improvement of van body.
