机床调整误差对螺旋锥齿轮齿面影响的研究

摘    要:根据准双曲面大轮成形法加工原理及Denavit-Hartenberg齐次变换矩阵,建立准双曲面大轮凸面的齿面方程,并对齿面进行网格划分,推导出齿面误差的求解模型,最后根据实际加工中大轮的加工参数,仿真研究了各个调整参数扰动时的差曲面图。结果表明:垂直刀位与齿形角对齿面的面锥与小端附近的误差比较敏感;水平刀位与水平轮位对齿面的根锥与大端附近的误差比较敏感;轮坯安装角对齿面的面锥与大端附近的误差比较敏感。

Abstract:According to the forming processing principle of hypoid gear and the Denavit-Hartenberg homogeneous transformation matrix,the equation of hypoid gear convex surface was established,and the surface's gridding was divided.The solution model of tooth surface errors was proposed.Finally,according to the actual processing parameters,the difference surfaces were simulated when each adjustment parameter was perturbed.The results show that the vertical tool position and the tooth profile angle are quite sensitive to the surface errors of the neighborhood of surface cone and small end.The horizontal tool position and a level wheel position are quite sensitive to the surface errors of the neighborhood of root cone and big end.The wheel blank setting angle is quite sensitive to the surface errors of the neighborhood of surface cone and big end.
