摘    要:INTRODUCTIONIn-situ removal of inhibitory products by supercritical fluid extraction(SCFE)has drawn much attention recently[1,2].Supercritical CO2(SCCO2) possesses many advantages over organic solvents due to its special characteristics and environmental benefits [1,3-5].It has been widely used in food processing and preservation, alcohol production, and enzyme-catalyzed reactions [1-6].
