先进轻水堆核电站的用户技术设计要求

摘    要:自美国电力研究所用 求文件和欧洲用户要求文件发表以来,目前已被用于好几个先进轻水堆核电站的设计,有关国家的核安全管理当局也对这些文件持肯定的态度。本文重点描述了URD和EUR的文件结构,所阐述的有关安全 及所建立的主要定量安全要求,并简便介绍了有关核安全管理当局对这些用户要求文件的看法。

Abstract:Since the publication of the EPRI Utility Requirements Document (URD) and the European Utility Requirements (EUR),they have been considered in the designs of several advanced light water reactors built or being planned in the world Relevant safety regulatory bodies have also taken active attitudes towards them This paper presents the safety policies and the main quantitative safety requirements outlined in the EPRI URD and the European EUR In addition,the attitudes of relevant safety authorities towards those documents are briefly described
