| 摘 要： | 自美国电力研究所用 求文件和欧洲用户要求文件发表以来,目前已被用于好几个先进轻水堆核电站的设计,有关国家的核安全管理当局也对这些文件持肯定的态度。本文重点描述了ＵＲＤ和ＥＵＲ的文件结构,所阐述的有关安全 及所建立的主要定量安全要求,并简便介绍了有关核安全管理当局对这些用户要求文件的看法。
