摘    要:通过对比氙弧灯和QUV两种老化实验,发现PVC—U异型材的老化存在变黄与变白两种情况,仅根据一个时间点的数据不能反应型材的耐候性。GB/T8814--2004仅考察型材的早中期耐候性,采用QUV进行800h实验即可。

Abstract:Through comparing two kinds of aging test,i, e. xenon arc lamp and quick ultraviolet,it was found that there were two kinds of change,i, e. yellowing and whitening, during the aging of PVC- U profile materials,so the data obtained at one time poimt couldn't reflect the weatherability of profile materials. GB/T 8814--2004 could only inspect the weatherability of profile materials at early- middle stage,and could be accomplished by QUV within 800 h.
