吸水剂在甲基丙烯酸十六酯制备中的应用

摘    要:用改进的熔融酯化法制备了甲基丙烯酸十六酯。重点研究了反应温度、吸水剂用量及吸水剂加入方式对酯化反应的影响。确定了该法制备甲基丙烯酸十六酯的工艺为:反应温度120℃,吸水剂无水硫酸镁和十六醇的量比为1∶70,反应进行2h后加入吸水剂无水硫酸镁,继续反应2h,酯化率可达96%以上。用液相色谱、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对纯化产物进行了表征,结果表明,纯化产物为甲基丙烯酸十六酯。

Abstract:The long chain alkyl methacrylate was synthesized by an im proved melt esterification method.The reaction temperature,the quantity of soppe r and the time the sopper was added were investigated.The optimum reaction condi tions were as follows:temperature 120 ℃,mole ratio of sopper to long chain alky l alcohol 10∶10 n(n means the number of crystal H2O in every s opper molecule),adding the sopper after the reaction lasting 2 h.Degree of ester ification was over 96%.The product is characterized by 1H-NMR,HPLC and IR.
