| Abstract: | Through the static analysis of the electric power system short-term on load estimation, the paper makes a probe of the constitution method of the basic load component in the short-term load estimation according to the theoretical analysis of the estimation, as well as the changing rule of the basic load component in the estimation model. It provides the veracity basis for the electric power system short-term on load estimation. |
