辊切刀三维造型设计方法

摘    要:辊切刀的曲线刃分布在空间表面上,造成加工困难。经过研究,运用不同的思维方法精确建立了辊切刀的曲线刃数学模型,为刃型加工提供了理论依据。在三种不同的思想方法的指导下,在不同的三维造型设计软件支持下,将刀具轨迹平面展开图曲线向等直径圆柱面上转换生成相应的三维特征,从而得到精确的三维实体模型,为生成G代码进行辊切刀刀刃的数控加工奠定了基础。

Abstract:Curved blade of roll cutting tool distributes in the curved face, resulting in the difficulties to process. In this paper, different methods of thoughts were in application to establish the precision curve blade's mathematics model of roll cutting tool, and provided the theories for the blade to process. Under the leading of three kinds of different methods and under the support of different 3D modeling design softwares, the data of 2D developed view of cutting tool was translated to the surface of equal diameter cylinder, and got the homologous 3D characteristics. So 3D solid model was accurately established. It was the foundation for the blade of roll cutting tool to generate G code used in NC tools.
