摘    要:介绍了基于单片微机技术的便携式核辐射检测仪,它是由核辐射探测器、CMOS电路和单片微机系统等组成的低功耗、高性能、多用途、多功能的辐射检测仪器。对其功能、组成和特点等有关问题进行了讨论,并说明其软硬件设计思想。

Abstract:This article supplied a new type of portable nuclear radiation detection device which is based on single-chip microprocessor technology. It consists of nuclear radiation detector ( a new type of counter), CMOS integrated circuit and single-chip microprocessor system. Low consumed power, high quality, multipurpose and multifunction are its superiorities. And the functions, constructions, principle, characteristics and the design of its hardware and software are discussed.
