| 摘 要： | DVB-H可以保证移动终端在移动环境和低功耗条件下接收数字电视节目,可以很好地和3G网络配合使用。本文首先阐述了DVB-H的系统解决方案,然后对其中能够提高移动信道中的C/N、多普勒性能以及抗脉冲干扰能力的MPE-FEC技术进行分析,重点介绍了MPE-FEC的帧结构及其传送和RS译码。

| Abstract: | DVB-H could guarantee mobile terminals the reception of digital TV programs in mobile environment and low power conditions, it can cooperate well with 3G network. This paper describes the solution of DVB- H system, and then analyses the MPE-FEC technology, which effectively improve the C/N and doppler performance in mobile channels and the tolerance to impulse interference, emphatically introduces the structure and its carriage of MPE-FEC frame and RS decoding. |
